You are divinely made

You are Divinely Made

Greetings my divine loved ones! I am Ekto from Pleiades. I honour you.

My name is Ekto spelt as EKTO. I wish to speak with you today about the Dimensional Reality.

This is the first time I am speaking through my partner here to you in English. While my partner has been hearing and speaking our sacred language for many years, this is also her first time interpreting it in public, so she may take a pause now and then in order to share more accurately.

Have you ever looked up to the sky at night and seen the stars? Have you seen Orion Nebula star constellation?  It is an open star cluster made of hot luminous blue stars.  Your astrologers call it the Seven Sisters.  That is my home, the Pleiades.  It is in the galaxy on a planet close to the earth’s Northern Hemisphere, 541 light years away.  Our star clusters have been mentioned in the ancient civilizations of the Babylonians, the Aztek, Babylonians, Persians and the Greeks.  It has been mentioned in the bible and Quaran. It has also appeared with fables weaved into astrology by Celts, Maoris, Arabs, Chinese, Japanese and so on.

Alien you say?  You will be very surprised…we look almost alike.  Yes you are not alone. We are from an ancient time.  We have existed for 100 million years and will be here for 250 million more years.

This is how the universe works.  In the galaxy, the planets go through shifts.  In those millions of years ago, our planet Plaeide went through a shift and a transformation of consciousness.  We became enlightened and discovered quantum parts of ourselves.  Life was divine and eternal.

Destined by the Divine source, when another planet was ready, we seed the planet with light and intuition.  That was how we started too.

About 100,000 years ago, we offered to share our knowledge with earth.  We were to build the earth as the jewel of the universe filled with beauty, freedom of ideas and humans who could appreciate the beauty.  We the Plaeidians seeded the humans with our sacred design and the divine spark.  50,000 years later, this was the start of your first civilization on earth. Divine beings were sent to keep you safe.  This is all part of the universal plan.

You say that the world was created in 7 days.  7 is a sacred number. Days are not measured in your calendar days.  It took 50,000 years to create you.  How sacred is that?

You are divinely designed, your body is a symmetry, made up with sacred symbols, the 5 elements of the universe runs through you (the water, fire, earth, wood, metal). You were made higher than the angels.  You have the divine spark, you inherited intuition and you have free choice. You were made with pure love.

Have you forgotten how much you are loved? Do you know how beautiful you are?

It is now time for you to raise the vibration of the earth and to discover your infinite divine self.

I have traveled through time through consciousness to enlighten you more to the power and beauty of who you are.  Before I sign off, allow me to share with you in my language, my gratitude and love for you.

I love you and bless you. For you are truly divine.

Message channeled in Dec 2015.

Being Authentic. I Am Who I Am

A well meaning head hunter called me “Hey, did you leave IBM? Why didn’t you tell me so I can place you?” “No, I have not left. I will definitely tell you if I am looking out. Do you know something I don’t?” I laughingly replied. He replied, “Your LinkedIn job title changed to “Mindful Ledaership” so I thought you quit.”  That was just one reaction, among many connections that reacted to my profile change in surprise, happiness, curiosity, cautiousness and even disapproval.

What garnered these responses was just a change in my profile to “Mindful Leadership”. I had decided to integrate my career self and my spiritual self into one.  I had previously kept two separate identities – one professional identity as “Anne Phey – Innovator” as a kick-ass Marketing Director at IBM and another identity “Anne Phey – Mindful Meditator” that I shared about my journey of self discovery in holistic practices.

Here are the Top 5 reactions and my response:

  1.  “Won’t your boss think you are spending time to blog about non-work stuff and affect your career?”

I am grateful that IBM practices work life integration and I have understanding bosses.  We recognize that team members need a healthy balance of work and private time.  While many employees may spend their week nights or weekends with their parents or children, I choose to spend my time on holistic practices and sharing them on social media.  The employee is evaluated on the results, and not how they spend their time.  So, sharing about mindfulness does not make me any less effective as an employee.

  1. “You are a social advocate, why a title on mindfulness and not IBM?”

As LinkedIn’s top Social Seller, I am an advocate of social media as a medium for corporates to reach out to partners and customers.  Being an advocate does not mean talking only about one’s company all the time. Often social media becomes a bombardment of corporate jargon. People trust people.  We earn that trust by being genuine and having an opinion. I am an IBM ambassador, not one that blindly drum-beats corporate messages, but a human that one can relate to and have a conversation with.  I can share both about mindfulness and corporate content.

  1. “Don’t you think it is unprofessional to share about mindfulness on corporate platforms?”

Mindfulness is an attitude, an approach and a holistic practice.  It is not contrary to corporate work. In fact, it adds to a better person, environment and work outcomes.  In the tech industry, disruptions are changing the way industries and customers are behaving.  If one practices mindfulness, one can navigate these disruptions with ease.

Personally, I have gained from mindfulness with calmness in my approach, better clarity by being able to observe alternative perspectives on situations, confidence in handling obstacles, positive encouragement to team members, motivation to do good and tenacity to outlast the issues.
Our Human Resource Director Craig Stewart too writes about mindfulness in his blogs. (See more at https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/mindfulness-isnt-just-fancy-way-saying-yoga-stuff-craig-stewart)

  1. “Recruiters can’t categorize you if you put mindfulness into your job title.”

Human Resource as a function no longer relies on job titles and abilities on CVs but about how a person’s intrinsic qualities such as mindfulness and leadership can take the role and job scope to success.

Here is an example of incorporating mindfulness into your profile. Techfucius is a CIO (Chief Information Officer) who is a seeker of salvation from IT woes.  Instead of seeking salvation atop a mountain somewhere, he has to practice mindfulness with deep reflection within to manage a tech world riddled with disruption and uncertainty. His blogs talk about the power of strengthening what lies within (See more at https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/power-strengthening-what-lies-within-techfucius-say)

  1. “Have you quit your job to go full time into holistic work?”

Changing my job title to “Mindful Leader” gave many the impression that I am no longer working in the corporate world.  Most people believe that you have to either be a corporate warrior or a peaceful holistic practitioner.  I choose to be both.  I love my job at IBM and I love what I do to help individuals transform their lives. And I love showing by example to transform my life to a better person, boss and team mate at my workplace.

Corporate and Mindfulness Merge As One

We sometimes draw such well defined lines around areas of our lives – our work, our home, our children, our recreation club and our spiritual practices.  As I discover more about myself, I become more of who I truly am at home and at work. There is just one me, I am who I am.

In fact, several social advocates have contacted me to ask how I managed to integrate mindfulness, corporate and social media.  Many have asked for further discussions and tips as they see social media and social selling cross the chasm of regurgitating corporate jargon to sharing from the heart of what matters to the person be it personal, professional or corporate development.

So here I am, on this path of integration. I will be blogging about mindfulness on how it has helped become better persons in the corporate world, and also about the tech industry with mindfulness.
Join me, be bold and shine as who you are. Be authentic.

Shift mindset with Aroma Freedom Technique and Sound Astrometry Therapy

Happiness is living our purpose

To be happy you need to live a life of purpose. Happiness is not a goal in and of itself; it is a side-effect of doing what you are meant to do in this life. It involves giving your talents and abilities to a cause or a purpose that takes you beyond yourself. People who are living a purpose-filled life are not bothered by all the little things that can go wrong in a day – they are too focused on their mission to worry about such things.

The trouble is, most people have become disconnected from their dreams because, in the process of adjusting to life, they have lost themselves or they have lost their belief that they could reach their dreams.

Limiting beliefs, attitudes and memories in the sub-conscious

The restrictions we feel in life are a result of limiting beliefs, attitudes and memories that we have developed in the process of growing. You will see how traumatic events can cloud our ability to approach life in an open way. Even mildly upsetting events can shape our future attitudes significantly.

Unpleasant or disturbing memories may be temporarily lost to your conscious mind, but they are permanently etched into your subconscious and cellular memory. Traumatic experience recorded within our consciousness, exist as living, buried memories. When unresolved, they can create obstacles to your life’s happiness, judgement and success in many areas – domestic, personal, social and career-wise.

Our limbic and emotional brain can be re-wired

David Steward PhD (Author of Healing Oils of the Bible and 16 other books) says that it is a well-established fact that, when inhaled, essential oils directly enter our limbic system, our emotional brain, where traumatic and upsetting experiences of your life are noted and catalogued into your body’s memory.

We can use our sense of smell, your most primitive and emotionally potent sense, to re-wire your brain in the direction of alignment with your dreams.

Aroma, especially that of a pure essential oil, has the power to soften the emotionally charged memories and modify our resulting attitudes.

Testimonial from multiple AFT Sessions

I can remember the first session so vividly and how much it woke me up.

It was like a slap in the face that this is what I needed personally to not only be successful in my career but to also grow as a person. I was going through a messy break-up and my mind was reeling from being so utterly lost about who I am. My intention was to be open to love wherever it comes from and I remember the rating being at about 3.

When I asked myself why, I felt like I just cannot be loved. It made me feel sad and I felt my chest tightening up.
Then a surge of images came to me from the past where I was abandoned after everything I gave to that person. I felt worthless and unloved like I was incapable of love because I wasn’t enough. At that point during our first AFT session i wanted to cry but I smelled the Essential Oil Blend and just like that all my doubts about myself felt lighter and calmer. The new belief started coming in straight away and from there my affirmation was created which I’ve been doing religiously for almost a month and just like that I didn’t feel the need to do it daily anymore. On top of that, whenever the need for new AFT sessions on myself come up, the new belief came in right after I inhaled the Essential Oil Blend. Even when I was having a hard time pin-pointing to a specific memory.

For instance, once I had a hard time selecting a memory because there was a fleeting of images that came to me but I decided to move on and inhale the Essential Oil Blend anyways, and all of a sudden everything made sense. I did another round of it after and it all clicked.

I’m already feeling like I’ve progressed personally from that first session and now I’m currently working on my progression. So much to look forward to!

Activate Your Intuition To Discover Your Potential

Activate Your Intuitive Abilities. Discover Your Potential

Intuition is challenging to define, despite the huge role it plays in our everyday lives. Steve Job says that “intuition is more powerful than intellect.”

It is that gut feeling or an inner voice. - that unconscious reasoning that propels one to do something without saying why or how. It is a "knowing without knowing".  It is "knowing without thinking". The nature of intuition has led to much scientific research, including philosophy and psychology fields to understand what it is.

Often dismissed as paranormal or the "woo-woo" stuff that women do, cognitive science is beginning to demystify the strong but sometimes inexplicable presence of unconscious reasoning in our lives and thoughts.  “There is a growing body of anecdotal evidence, combined with solid research efforts, that suggests intuition is a critical aspect of how we humans interact with our environment and how, ultimately, we make many of our decisions,” Ivy Estabrooke, a program manager at the Office of Naval Research in an interview with the New York Times in 2012.

Our intuition is always there, from reading a situation, knowing what to say, making a decision and even knowing where to drive to.  However, we may not always be paying attention to it.  Our lives may be so dominated by our logical brain that we dismiss any signs of it.

If we can tap into this resource of wisdom, we can greatly improve our lives.

Henry Poincare said "It is through science that we prove. But through intuition that we discover". An ancient Native American proverb goes like this "We can only give ourselves the power to be".

World's Smallest Bento Box: Lessons in Content Marketing & Mindfulness

Four artists (a watch maker, a chef, a surgeon and a diorama artist) collaborated to create the world's smallest bento that fits inside a wrist watch.

I watched in awe the video on how an entire bento was made to fit inside a watch so that a man can eat his lunch on the go.

This is actually an advertising campaign by Takii, a Japanese agriculture company focused on making high-quality seeds for nutritious fruits and vegetables.

The message is simple. The Takii Phyto Rich vegetables are so packed with nutrients that all you need is can be packed into a wrist watch!

Not only is it innovative, it communicates the message clearly.  It is so interesting that everyone wants to share it and talk about it!  That's how great content is!

Watch the "making of" and the video on the world's smallest bento in a wrist watch:

World's Smallest Bento Watch (Ad & Making of the Ad)

As I look at the Bento Watch, I am reminded of how many amazing elements can fit into a watch and how cleverly each element was selected to fit in.  That is how much we too can cram into our infinite brain.

Take only those elements that give you the nutrients and that's all you need - love, compassion, creativity, courage, etc. Let go of anything else that does not give you nutrition - stress, ego, fear, excessive logic, etc.
If we all had a beautiful mind in a watch, what would we want to put in there?

For your reading pleasure, here's the story as narrated by Johnny Strategy, a blogger on Japanese graphic design and art.
"A watchmaker, a surgeon, a chef and a diorama artist are sitting around together. Each is a master of their trade and together, they’re attempting to create the world’s smallest bento. One that fits inside a wristwatch yet is packed with all the vitamins and nutrients that a busy worker needs to get through the day.

The watchmaker designs the box and chopsticks for the bento. The surgeon slices the meats and vegetables. The chef prepares the food (note the adorable miniature wok at the 47 second mark). Finally, the diorama artist pulls it all together to create the bento watch: the world’s smallest bento.
